DESCRIPTION FOR COASTAL COLLECTION 

At dawn and dusk, the little creatures of the beach ecosphere spring to life fossicking their way through sand and other debris strewn from the sea. Sea urchins tumble bare, hermit crabs amble in shells, shimmering seaweed clumps lazily while spinifex rolls to destinations unknown. It’s a wild yet wonderful existence where nature’s unpredictability is considered a universally fair fate. Little Creatures 1 and 2 capture this enchanting seaside scene in hazy beach tones evoking mellow moods derived from a sense of shoreline serenity.      

METHOD

Carefully sourced and lovingly created crushing sand and shells using a motor and pestle, slowly adding saltwater and paint to create a thick paste.
