We are happy to refund within 7 days and exchange within 14 days from the day of purchase. Please email shop@kmode.com.au with details. 

We will not reimburse shipping fees and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.

Cancellation of order

If your order has not been sent, we are happy to cancel the order.

Sale Items

We do not refund or exchange sale items.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please email shop@kmode.com.au with details of the damaged or faulty items, including photos of the damaged or faulty items.

Incorrect Items

Please email shop@kmode.com.au with details of incorrect items sent including photos.

Gift Cards

If purchasing with a Gift Card, no refunds or exchanges are given.
