Extra Large Orchid Bowl - Chalk Swirl

Our largest servingware piece, the Orchid Bowl, was namely designed for friend of the studio, Saskia Havekes of Grandiflora, to plant orchids. The oversized bowl, with its generous surface and significant depth, is a triumph of technical achievement in resin casting. The bowl's grand proportions mark it as a true centrepiece for special occasions and larger table settings.

RESIN CARE

Resin is strong and durable, yet should be treated like a ceramic as it can break when dropped on knocked against a hard surface.

Resin homewares are suitable for cold food service only. These products should be hand washed in warm water only. Resin may appear “frosted” after washing and can be rubbed with a drop of cooking oil to restore sheen. Resin is not fire resistant and so should not be used in an oven, a microwave, dishwasher or as an ashtray.
